Agreement to terms
I, Laura George, LPC, through my professional corporation Insightful Intervention P.C., doing business as Laura George LPC, operate this site. By using https://laurageorgelpc.com you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

About the site
I provide information about my practice and a way to request an appointment. The site does not provide medical advice. Therapy is delivered only after scheduling through my secure partner portal and completing required intake steps.

No emergency services
The site, forms, and SMS are not for emergencies. For mental health emergencies call or text 988. For life threatening emergencies call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Eligibility and geographic scope
I provide services to adults who are physically located in Colorado at the time of service. By requesting an appointment you confirm you are in Colorado.

Scheduling, billing, and partner portal
I link to a secure partner portal for scheduling, intake, and billing. The portal has its own terms and privacy policy. Do not submit clinical information through this website's forms or SMS.

Fees and insurance
My self pay rate for individual sessions is $119 dollars per session. I accept some insurance plans. Coverage depends on your plan and eligibility. You are responsible for any amounts not paid by your plan.

SMS program
• One-to-one SMS is used for scheduling and coordination only. No marketing.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP for help.
• SMS is not a clinical channel and is not monitored 24x7.

User conduct
You agree not to misuse the site. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site or access systems without authorization.
Intellectual property
Site content is owned by me or my licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use. Do not copy branding or content for commercial use without written permission.

Third party services and links
The site may link to third party sites and services. I am not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers
The site is provided as is. I do not promise uninterrupted operation. Information on the site is general and is not a substitute for professional advice.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, my professional corporation and personnel are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify my professional corporation from claims arising out of your misuse of the site.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Venue is in state or federal courts located in Arapahoe County, Colorado.
